Superb vintage groove machine from Aria Pro II finished in deep metallic blue.
 
Harking back to the days when men were men and everyone wore hairspray, this machine packs in some serious bang for a tidy price. Tonal flexibility is the name of the game here with a combination of single and split coil pickups, blended via a three way toggle switch. These pickups have plenty of bite, in keeping with the hard-rock era that spawned it. Moreover, the neck is a narrow joy to play and the original hardware does the job very nicely indeed.
 
This bass is offered in fair condition, with several bumps and blemishes to the edges, commensurate with almost forty years in the game. It's fully functional and plays superbly. The frets are in excellent shape. One gear cover is missing from one of the machine heads.
 
It has also been treated to a full String Theory service that includes fretboard treatment, action setting, electrics check and a deep clean.
