A rare and reassuringly potent Flying V here featuring gorgeous thru-neck maple and walnut construction, flanked by two beautifully figured ash wings. Providing the firepower are two active coil tapped zebra humbuckers activated by the two switches. These are excellent pickups, with the coil tap providing some subtle versatility alongside the full-throated roar.
 
Other top-end appointments include quality brass hardware: A string thru hardtail bridge, nut, beautiful triple-dot brass fretboard inlays & truss rod cover. There's also a beautifully finished rosewood fretboard, 22 jumbo frets, notched gold speed knobs and quality closed-unit machine heads.
 
All original, and packing some serious punch, this is a rare gem.
 
This guitar is offered in good condition for its forty-five years in the game with only minor wear. The frets are in excellent shape. It plays and sounds great.
 
It has also been treated to a full String Theory service that includes strings, fretboard treatment, action setting, electrics check and a deep clean.
