1989 Epiphone First Generation SG G310

Fabulous 1989/90 first generation Epiphone SG G310 finished in gloss cherry with Gibson style narrow open-book headstock.

A lovely piece of rare Epiphone history here. Back in '89 Epiphone introduced the first Epi SG, the iconic G-series, a budget-friendly version of the Gibson SG. This original example, boasts an excellent spec. There's all-mahogany construction, two gutsy Vantage flat-black humbucking pickups, the aforementioned Gibson headstock, quality closed-unit tuners and an SG Standard style "full face" scratchplate.

This is a beautifully built SG.
