1998 Samick Model S HSH Stratocaster Style guitar finished in pearlescent white & grey tortoiseshell, with vintage hard case.
 
Samick have been at the cutting edge of the much vaunted Korean guitar making empire for the past forty years. Having made guitars for heavyweight brands such as Fender, Epiphone and Washburn, they also proudly produce their own line of beautifully built instruments.
 
This guitar is one such example and it features solid, contoured tonewood construction, a super versatile combination of two humbuckers and a single coil pickup, a richly grained dark rosewood fretboard, an accomodating maple neck, a quality gold plated Wilkinson bridge and gold Grover machine heads. Simply one of the best appointed affordable guitars you'll find.
 
This guitar is offered in good used condition with only very minor wear commensurate with almost thirty years in the game. Is plays beautifully and sounds great. Tremolo arm is missing. Frets are in superb shape.
 
The non-branded vintage hard case is offered in fair condition.
Structurally sound, there are some rips to the exterior tolex and one of the clasps is broken.
 
This guitar has also been treated to a full String Theory service that includes strings, fretboard treatment, action setting, electrics check and a deep clean.
