This bass takes the classic 1950s Fender Precision Bass design, and brings it into the realm of the amateur player. The body is hewn from solid wood, which means it feels nicely balanced round the neck. This heft is rare on an affordable bass and also makes it a prime candidate to mod, if that's where your heart lies.
 
Beyond the woodwork, that includes a nice satin maple neck and a rosewood fretboard, the split coil pickup is a gutsy thing, with plenty of that famous P-bass thump.
 
This bass is offered in fair used condition with some minor cosmetic bumps and blemishes. It plays and sounds excellent.
 
It has also been treated to a full String Theory service that includes strings, fretboard treatment, action setting, electrics check and a deep clean.
 
Viewing is always advised and very welcome by appointment in our Bristol studio. Further pictures also available on request as well as a condition report. If purchasing unseen, please be aware that this is a pre-loved instrument and will have commensurate wear. Part exchanges are always considered.
