Epiphone Custom Shop Emperor Swingster electric guitar finished in limited edition Sunrise Orange.
A frankly fabulous hot-rodded take on the Epiphone Emperor II made famous by Joe Pass. This top-spec archtop brings the Emperor kicking and screaming into the Rockabilly realm, with the addition of two fabulous Epiphone Swingbucker Plus Alnico V humbuckers. These pickups can be switched to series/parallel via the push/pull tone controls creating a mighty array of tones.
There's also a Bigsby trem, full maple construction, Grover Rotomatic tuners, that iconic Epiphone tree headstock inlay, multi-ply binding and some beautiful flaming to the maple on the back and sides.
This guitar is offered in superb condition with only very minor wear consisting of one small ding to the top by the controls and the strap button having been moved to the neck heel for added stability. The frets are in great shape and it both plays and sounds excellent.
It has also been treated to a full String Theory service that includes strings, fretboard treatment, action setting, electrics check and a deep clean.
